SPs biling orange

Hello,

I have a CX3-10C array and my SP is still orange blinking after 20 minutes of booting.

I changed the SP but it still the same problem.

How can I resolve the problem?

When you login, what does it say when you run faults?

Thanks for you replay,

In the navisphere, it display that the SPA is Empty. we tried a lot of changes without solving the problem, such as changing the SP and the change of chassis.

Have you any idea?

Also give any history regarding the array were there any changes being made? Was the array first being installed? All useful for the Service Request
