That is the correct kb link. If you co to Broadcom site and do a search as described you should get the zip files for visio stencils.

Here is what the link states.

Brocade offers three packages that contain stencils or diagrams for Visio:
Visio Product Stencils: Ethernet Products.
Visio Product Stencils: SAN Products.
Visio images for SAN diagrams.
