Hi,

My Inspiron 7306 cannot be repaired and tech support offered me an absurd exchange:  Inspiron-14-5410

My computer has 16GB of memory they propose 12GB

My computer has UHD screen of memory they propose FHD

My computer has active pen theirs doesn't

And so on.

I couldn't get any help from tech support. Does anyone know the number for customer service I could call to complain about this? I couldn't find it anywhere and tech support guy said that there are no supervisors I can talk to.
