HELLO,

I bought xps 9500 2 weeks ago and when open the box saw that "R" key is broken and trackpad womble. I contacted Dell service in Turkey and told me for return and replace it with new one ( seems good)

I send it back to seller last week , now seller says waiting report for Dell customer care than i called Dell technical departmant they say call the seller we can not contact with Dell customer care ; there is no contact information Dell customer care.

So i bought premium laptop and can not contact with anyone in Turkey.

Maybe anyone here know how to contact Dell customer care.
