Delivery time

I ordered a laptop week ago. In website it mentions 2-4 businessd ays dwlivery in Australia. Its been a week now and it still shows "in transit to local hub".Called cuatomer care team twice. They picked first call after 85 minutes on waiting and then hung up after asking order number abd same with second call after 74 minutes. Pathetic customer service. I was wondering what that IN TRANSIT TO LOCAL HUB means

It means the system has left the manufacturer's assembly plant in China, and is in transit to a logistics hub in your country.

The quoted delivery time is after it reaches your nation's hub - there is currently much upheaval in international shipping, and it can take time for the shipment to reach there from where it's made.

Thank you very much. I would have bought locally by paying extra few hundred bucks if I have known this before.

    Hi,

Sorry for not being able to respond to you in time. We're facing an unusual spike in volumes today, and we're only seeing your message now.

I'm sorry to know about your order. Could you provide the Order # and the registered owner's name via direct message? I'll have it checked right away.

    -Susanna
