Why is it that DELL can find a way to charge $149 everytime you call? I have an extended warranty on everything but my printer.That is ridiculous. My sales rep says he doesn't think I wanted it because it is 1/3rd the cost of the printer. Really?? Because it's another $149 today. Not 1/3rd the cost. I also find it interesting that when the software was not included in the warranty they were charging me $149 a year for one computer but wait with supervisor approval suddenly they could give me that rate for all the computers in my office. This warranty is such a SCAM! Stop trying to charge me $149 and take care of your products! My phone was conveniently disconnected and a call was never returned even though they get my phone and email each time. I paid for an extended warranty. Take care of my printer! Fix it!
