Missing redeemed reward points
Hi,
Recently I purchased an Alienware laptop and was rewarded with points in my account, but when I redeemed the points I did not get any information about the redemption, there is absolutely no clue where those points went, no emails, nothing. Only in my rewards history, it shows the points have been exchanged!!
Please guide this through.

No, June 20, 2023 is the date the points were redeemed, and expiration date is Oct 15, 2023. The problem is, I redeemed the points and I did not get any information about the redemption, no emails, nothing.

I also logged into my account today and saw that it has zero points even though my points are supposed to expire in October 2023.

Those look like expiration dates (the rewards do expire) -- and it appears some of them expired on June 20, 2023.
