UNSOLVED
One more delay
On November 27, 2020 I ordered Alienware Aurora R10, Alienware 34 Monitor - AW3420DW, Keyboard and Mouse.
Keyboard and mouse were delivered Dec 1.
Monitor has been delayed (delay 1) and delivered Dec 9.
Computer was supposed to be delivered Dec 28 and today I received a notification it is in production but delivery delayed until Jan 13, 2021. Really? 2 weeks for production? Is every component getting soldered manually?
What happened to the company that was so proud about their manufacturing just-in-time process?

The exact same thing is happening to me. I wish they had been more realistic and said up front how long it was going to be before we ordered it.
