Order cancelation
Well, I ordered a new Area 51 on Wednesday, and my shipping address is my school. About 30 minutes after my order, a dell agent called me and ask me if I am a student. I said yes and she hence asked me to reply her email via my school's emial. I later received an email from her says order delayed. On the email it says to reply with school emial or after one business day the order will be canceled if I didn't reply. I did shoot an email back to her with my schools email and made calls to customers service to ensure the order is fine. The person on the phone told me everything is going smoothly and the computer is already in production. I even made a second call to ensure the information. However, That agent, Christy did not reply me at all and the order was canceled today. The thing is I'm moving to another country on May 23rd and my order takes a long to produce. If my order on Wednesday was successful, I would have gotten the computer on the 21st and I'll be good to go. Words cannot describe my anger and I really need an explanation for what had happened.

A regrettable incident. There is no way to restore the old order once cancelled. All you can do is order from within the country you are moving when you are settled there. This way the warranty will apply to the country you reside in. If you counter and state that the Area 51 is NOT sold on that countries Dell sales site, and that is why you ordered from the USA site, the warranty would not have transferred from the USA in the first place.
