I have placed an Order for New Vostro 5402, I have received the order receipt mail but the order is not yet assigned and confirmed , please help @Dellindia
I'm having the same issue right now, I placed an order and paid via PayPal- I got a receipt from them, but no confirmation or anything from Dell, and the payment is showing as pending. I also can't check my order status from my profile because I placed the order without having logged in to my account, which means I also don't have access to the order number. Can anyone shed some light on if this is normal, or should I place my order again or something?
