Ownership Transfer issue
I submitted a request to transfer ownership of a server purchased on ebay that was denied because: "Previous owner information provided in the request is not valid for asset provided. Please contact your seller or your Dell sales representative."
I used the reseller's info as that was who I purchased it from. Looking for assistance since I can't find an email address to contact on the site.

You need to obtain the current, registered owner's information from your seller. If they cannot or will not provide it, you have two options:
Return the system for a refund, or
Accept the system as is, without the ability to transfer ownership.
Unless you can obtain the current owner's information from your seller, those are the options.
