I have received an email from uki_csmb_cc@dell.com in response to my returning an order. The email is from Hasan Jaffery and contains instructions for me to return my laptop via DPD - (in this case dropping it off at local Matalan store for collection). The email looks really unprofessional and has me slightly concerned as to its legitimacy. Is this a genuine email?
