Shipping Delays

I have placed an order dell xps 9500 on May 22 and was expected to receive by June 18 but dell has revised my shipment date 3 times  since then without informing me . My new shipment date is now July 16.

i have tried to contact the customer support but i get a response only once that we are trying to expedite your order but this is not true because dell has revised the shipment date after that.

I would say such a pathetic delivery system for such a big brand . I am regretting to place an order . Their website says delivery within 3-5 working days which is a big lie.

I believe i am not the only person in this boat.

    Ridiculous. Especially since I see other people online who ordered after you getting their items in less than two weeks.

    Exactly! There's an unboxing video on YouTube of almost exactly the same spec machine I orderd early May.
    He ordered after I did and got it in 2 weeks. My order just got delayed by ANOTHER 2 MONTHS. 

    He's in the US, I'm in Germany. Alienware Aurora R10 5900, 3080.

    Did you get your laptop yet?  If so, what was the time from order date to delivery date?

    Nope i never received this order . They said there was shortage in parts so i ended up canceling this order and placed a new order 9510 , which I received within a week.
