I ordered a laptop and it got stolen. I never got the package because it was left improperly on the back door on the stairs. I left a specific instroctions to be left inside at the front desk, because this is a vacancy and there are a lot of people living here. That's not acceptable!!! It's an expensive thing and it should not be left like that. I filed a police report. A lot of people are complaining that Fedex couriers are stealing the packages. I think thats my case too.
