I called to try to buy a computer in your customer service people who wouldn’t talk to me or hang hung up on me unless I told them which model I want. I don’t see why it matters which model I want if I just want to understand how your financing works I am certainly going to buy something in more likely going to buy it from Best Buy since the customer service hung up on me

There are different financing options available for different segments of systems.
A consumer system like Inspiron may not have the same financing option as an Alienware gaming system. We hope that we get a chance to turn around your experience with us soon.
