@Musa nanven If it is your BIOS password you forgot, you will need to contact technical support to obtain the master reset password. If the forgot password is for something else, please let me know and I will guide you on how to resolve.

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
What state is it currently in?
Which password is 'forgotten'?
Perhaps use the ""Get Help Now"" blue oval to try and define to DELL your situation.
Can you give the sequence of flashes please?
