Since an upgrade, probably to 4.4 (ish) the Services plugin won't install. Yet under plugins Services is still listed. when i go to the services under the plugin I can't register it I get "Unable to run the server connectivity test". I've since upgrade to 4.5 but its still the same. I've cleared the browser cache rebooted the appliance on multiple occasions. And also tried removing and reinstalling all plugins but to no avail. Can someone help?
What I would suggest you start with is to check the network and configuration, as it sounds like it isn't talking to the backend. That is unless you have the AIOps plugin and it's already registered, which would invalidate that theory.
If that is the case then I would suggest that you call in to work with the OpenManage team, as they may need to run the debug and check the Console logs.
Hope this helps.

Yeah the AIOps is installed but it wasn't activated. I'm not sure why as it was working previously, I've just activated and done a sync without any issues so just waiting for AIOps to populate.
What's the best way to contact the OpenManage team? I can't seem to find a way to do so. I've tried going through the normal route of logging a call as I have an ID for our Openmanage Enterprise (instance?) but theres no option for raising a request when i put that in.
