Unable to install OME 1.3

I am trying to install OME 1.3 to a Virtual Server running on VMWare VCenter Server 5.5.  The VM is running Windows Server 2008R2 64 bit.  When I try to run the excutable, I get the following message:

C:]Download\OpenManageEssentials_1_3_A01.exe is not a valid Win32 application

Any ideas what might be the problem?

    Hmmmm, wonder if it is a bad download....how big is the file?

    Yep, that was the issue.  Downloaded again, much bigger file and it works.  Thanks

    Alas, now it won't let me install MS Visual Studio Runtime.  I click on the link, it does nothing.  I downloaded MS Visual Studio 2013 Runtime and manually installed it.  Still no joy...
