Windows Remote Management not found

I am trying to install OpenManage Server Administrator on a Precision R5500 box running 64-bit Windows 7 which from my understanding comes with Windows Remote Management installed.  2.0 to be specific.  App is complaining on the prereq check it detected a version that is less than 1.1.  Of course because it comes with it can't really install one.  Any help getting past this message?
