Pro Max 18 Plus MB18250, case
Heya folks,
What case are you using for the Pro Max 18 Plus MB18250? The "Officially recommended case" by Dell is the Dell Pro 14-16 Plus EcoLoop Backpack - CP5723. Can you see the problem with that?
The Dell Pro Rugged 18 Premium Backpack doesn't fit the laptop, either.
A bit of a Dell fail?

Highlighted this to my account manager... Who's a bit baffled...
I raised it with sales... who gave me a list of backpacks...
The one that fitted? An Alienware number. Gaudy. And not for business.
Imagine, launching a product worth many thousands of dollars / pounds, without a bag to put it in.

Yes, it seems Dell hasn’t provided a properly fitting backpack for the Pro Max 18 Plus, causing compatibility issues.
