I already replaced the drive. It shows 2 hot spare in standby and 1 in use

Hello talhaiqbal,
Your drive is showing as failed and hotspare is engaged. You will need to replace the failed drive. Once the drive is replaced the copy from hotspare to drive should start. Once the copy back is complete you should see that hotspare drive will go to standby/ not in use.
