"I'm having all osrts of trouble with this device and my OSD in SCCM. I had to use a differeent NIC driver instead of the BroadCom57xx. I tried building the device and performing a capture using CD media. I inserted my Windows 7 Enterprise media and it said that I needed a CD driver tobe able to install 7. There isn't a driver for the TSST H653H device - only firmware.

Can someone from Dell tell me how yiou guys originally got Win 7 Pro on this device. FYI - I need Enterprise on mine."

I meet the same error, I'm using Dell vostro 230. When I install the driver R248117 manualy it's ok. But when trying to install driver vis OS deployment with SCCM, the DELL PC can't detect and install the driver. Please help me to solve this.

The Vostro line is not consider an Enterprise class system so it doesn't have driver CABs that are validated against ConfigMgr. Sorry about that. I'll take a look at the driver for any issues.

I took a quick look at the driver and my only concern is that there are 2 versions of the driver in the Vista_W732 folder. I'm concerned that they are not independent and the 12.2.2.2 version required 12.2.2.1 to be installed first. With ConfigMgr this won't work, it will take the 12.2.2.2 version and try to install it. I would suggest taking out the 12.2.2.2 files (.inf,.cat,.sys) and see if the 12.2.2.1 version will install fine on its own. This would also explain why a manual install works as the Broadcom installer probably handles the addition of the 12.2.2.2 driver after 12.2.2.1 is installed.

That's the best guess I have.
