I wonder if somebody could explain a bit more on VSM and HIT kit integration without guest ISCSI based scenario like below..

Exchange and SQL servers are running as vm on Vcenter/Vsphere 5.5 environment and there is no guest ISCSI connection which means all the disks are vmdk.

So based on this scenario, is it possible to use HIT kit to restore some data (granular level) even though snapshot has been taken via VSM datastore option?
