Type 13 FW
Hi
What is the lowest firmware level a TYPE13 will take?
Is there a document which states the min/max level of each controller type or can someone say?
Thanks

Hello,
No, that is not correct. The Type 13 is a PS4110M controller. From the release notes for 7.x
Select the 32-bit kit for the following array models:
- PS4000, PS-M4110
- PS5000, PS5500E
- PS6000, PS6010
- PS6500, PS6510
Regards,
Don

Hello,
You probably were using the 64bit FW kit. That controller only supports 32bit Firmware.

hello,
Type 13 has a minimum of 7.x. EQL FW. However, that FW is very old, all newer EQL arrays should be at 10.0.3.
