I'm sure it does, because a Dell engineer came at our company with one, If any one can provide us info on where to download it I would really appreciate it.

Yes it does exist, but used for internal and in some cases partner programs. Here is what I would do, to really test it the equipment. Call your Dell Sales Rep and tell them you want to try the product for 30 days or a demo unit. They can even give you a demonstration, to show you how the product will work with your project.
