Inquiry Utility (INQ)

Hi,
does anyone knows how to run the Inquiry Tool "inq_wnt.exe" on several Servers running W2K3 without necessity of .NET Framework to be installed on each node.

Reason: For Migration from an other Subsystem (HP X1024 - HDS) its necessary to get the WWNs of the Source-Devices via inq tool.

    have you tried using an older version of inq ..maybe it does not require .Net

    AFAIK the inq available here is a standalone program .. Hopefully you are right .. Unfortunatly I don't have a PC where to test if the old inq.exe gives you all the informations needed for the migration.

    thank you for your help - the latest version is not always the appropiate ...
    the last version of inq_wnt.exe without .NET is 6.2.1.0
    so it works fine and will deliver the information as well as expected.
