I purchased an insipiron 27 7775 for my wife about 3 years ago. It has never really worked properly. First random freezing, internet connectivity issues. I've done clean installs of the OS more times than i can remember because that was the only thing that would seem to at least temporarily fix every new issue. Support has never really helped at all, and now although the keyboard is working fine, the computer wont receive the typed letter commands.... I dont have it in me to try to fix it again this computer has been the worst purchase I've ever done.... It was expensive and all I've ever used it for was as a monitor for my ps4... What can I do?
