I have a new Dell 5510 laptop (N5510N2-714S). If I press the notebook from below in the place of the touchpad, the left button is pressed (example in the video below). Is it a design defect of this whole 5510 series, or I only have a defective piece. I'm a little unhappy because it's the second one after exchanging for the same piece where the left button worked badly ... Thank you

If your touchpad isn’t working, it may be a result of a missing or out-of-date driver. Updating or reinstalling your touchpad drivers in Device Manager may help solve the problem.
To open Device Manager, type device manager in the search box on the taskbar, then select Device Manager.
Update touchpad drivers
Open Device Manager.
To find touchpad devices, select Human Interface Devices or Mice and other pointing devices, then right-click (or press and hold) the device you'd like to update.
Select Update Driver.
Reinstall touchpad drivers
Open Device Manager.
Right-click (or press and hold) the name of the device, then select Uninstall device.
Select Uninstall and then restart your PC.
Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.
If Windows doesn't find a new driver and reinstalling the driver doesn’t help, contact your PC’s manufacturer for help.
