- Today I had a bios update on my inspiron 3583.
It was plugged in to power through the proces. During bios update the laptop rebooted itself and won't turn on. The screen is all black. Just caps look is lit on. I tried holding power button for 30 s. It's powers off. When I turn in on again, nothing again I have black screen, caps lock lights up, but not hind else is happening.
Can someone help?

Very weirdly the laptop turned itself on without me doing anything.... Previously it was idle for about 30 minutes.
