Blue Screen G3 3590

Hi,

I bought a new G3 laptop and since I updated all drivers and windows, I am suffering from random blue screens with the next codes:

interrupt_exception_not_handled

whea_uncorrectable_error

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (dxgmms2.sys)

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

REFERENCE_BY_POINTER

All the hardware test, the sfc/scannow, the BSOD and the (DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth) doesn't show any issues. Also I reset my laptop and still the same problems.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be the problem?

thanks

I know that WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR came after I overclocked my Alienware 15 to 3.7Ghz on a Locked CPU.

Also some of those blue screens occurred on my 15 after I installed the Thermal dynamic platform on it.

boot into safe mode and check the device manager for any errors.

Quick Tip: If your laptop has voltage / charging issues, try shutting it down, unplugging power from laptop, hold power button down for 30 seconds to do a full reset!

Hopefully his errors disappear as he said he reformatted the system already but the issue stills persists.

I already tried all the generic solutions, and nothing works. Even with the windows services activated still crashing.

I uninstalled and installed all the drivers one by one and nothing changed.

Also I run the CCleaner, and the same thing.

The biggest problem is that the pc crashes randomly using google chrome, youtube, a game or just checking windows.

    Run the EPSA diagnostics.

I now remember why my computer was crashing when I overclocked it.

I undervolted my CPU way too much.

I would request you to help me with few details to assist you further.
-- Do you get any stop error code? If yes, please help me with that.
-- Please check if you are able to boot from Safe Mode with Networking.
From the Advance Boot Options select Safe Mode with Networking and check if the computer is booting to windows. If it does, check if you get the blue screen.

-- Run the Pre-Boot System Assessment (PSA / ePSA) Diagnostics
Run the test and check if gives any error code. Note down the error code and update me with the same, would let you know the next course of action. If the test passes on all the hardware components, follow the next step.

-- Update the BIOS to the latest version.

    Hi again:

after some time the same BSOD start appearing again. I didnt install anything new apart from the windows and drivers updates.

I have reinstalled the video drivers, run some registry test and the ccleaner. nothing seems to be wrong, also I installed a BSOD error viewer and looks the errors are in ntoskrnl.exe mostly and dxgknrl.sys some.

everything is updated and I cannot find the solution, does anyone have any idea?

    thanks
