I have purchased dell G15 5525 form on 20 oct 2022 from day one I'm facing the while booting up its takes 2 mins i have been reported this to dell couldn't find the solution yet....today i have observed this if Charger is plugged in it boot ups normally within 18 20 sec but without charger it takes 3-5 mins...i Need solution of this...very disappointed after investing 1L in this..

my issue is still unresolved but now Dell is ready to replace the old unit with the new unit but it will take 30 to 40 days first they will pick up the old one than new unit will be delivered.
I'm very disappointed with the policy as well after investing one lakh I got the faulty product and still I'm struggling and waiting for the replacement, though I have reported the issue within 3 days of purchase purchase and still they want 30 days to replace

If unhappy with Dell G15 5525 laptop and purchased from Dell, there is option to Reject within the first 30 days. Dell Refund policy, New vs Refurbished - Dell Community
Please create Windows 11 Battery Report. How to check battery health on Windows 11 | Windows Central. Look at Battery capacity history and Battery life estimates.
