If in warranty, call Dell;  if out of warranty, you will need to disassemble the system to see what is broken.

If you need a link to the service manual, post the full model number (i.e., Inspiron 3593, 5593, etc.  -- NOT just 3000 or 5000 series).

My Inspiron 14 5410 2-in-1 is still under warranty for 24 days. I want to fix my laptop asap because I have exam in few days.
