C:\windows\system32\LogiLda.dll fails to load at startup

At startup (reboot) my Dell 2in1 13" model 7378 gets an error from the file "C:\windows\system32\LogiLda.dll"

Network Trouble Shooter reports:

dual band wireless AC 3165 adapter is experiencing driver or hardware related problems" when starting up.

I have updated the drivers, reverted the drivers, deleted and reinstalled the drivers but nothing has resolved the error at startup.

What's the issue, and how can I fix it?

It would appear that you have 2 separate problems. the .dll file has nothing to do with your Wifi adapter. It is the Logitech Download assistant. More information on that here.

As for the Wifi adapter have a look at this site as this issue has popped up before.
