Perform a hard resetPower off the laptop. Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds. Disconnect the AC adapter or power cable, and remove the battery. NOTE: For Dell laptops that have a nonremovable battery, see the Dell knowledge base article How to Reset Real Time Clock (RTC) to Recover Your Dell Laptop.

Hi @aque99 welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum.
Please perform Hard Reset. Drain residual flea power (perform hard reset) | Dell US.
Please run the LCD built-in self-test (BIST) diagnostics. How to Run the LCD Built-in Self-Test on a Dell Laptop | Dell US.
In a dark environment, look at screen obliquely (at an angle), if a faint image is detected, the screen backlight has failed, and the fix is to replace screen assembly. Alternatively, shine bright light obliquely at screen to see if there is a faint image.
Please use HDMI cable to connect system to external monitor or TV. If screen image appears the laptop screen cable has disconnected when laptop lid has opened & closed. The fix is to reconnect screen cable.
