The fan doesn't work at all. I tried reinstalling the BIOS, but it gave me an error, then it started beeping and showing a QR code. When I clicked on this QR code, it told me that the problem was in the fan, check to see if it was dirty, and so on and so forth. I looked, everything seemed clean, unfortunately, I couldn't take apart because I don't have a screwdriver. Can you advise me what to do? thank you
It's either a fan failure or a fan sensor failure - the former requires a replacement fan, while the latter requires a replacement system board. Either way, contact Dell if the system is under warranty, or a local computer repair shop for a diagnostic and repair if it is not.
