hello I have a dell inspiron 3521 It had radeon graphics when we bought and in 2015-2018 my father got it formatted a lot and when it came one day I couldnt get my graphics work and my bluetooth doesnt work I try to install drivers It didnt worked out It had bluetooth I was using it on win7 but now I cant fix I checked my laptop carefully theres nothing gone same card same setup but I cant use I have a proof right here edit:(I had water damage but It was fixed and there was nothing on gpu I could use it)
