so I pretty sure the Aspiron 11 has been hijacked by an evil person through my old wifi router and network?? I said "old" because it's been shut off. That hasn't slow this crazy person down tho. Whenever I'm able to factory reset the poor laptop, it'd still being remotely controlled by him. I believe he installed an older windows than the windows 10 that the Aspiron came with and made himself the system admin amount other things. It looks like he has it configured to automatically connect to wifi hotspots and what not. Every device I have is now rooted with a supersu app and all the wifi networks I've ever been connected to are also doing strange stuff. I've tried using USB to reinstall windows 10 with no success. Might sound a bit crazy but I think he's got something virtually connected to all three of the USB ports on the laptop. I can't search for help online because I'm always being redirected away from the information I need to try and get this fix..I'm not even sure how i ended up here writing this right now or if this is just another crazy con of his PLEASE HELP, I'LL TRY ANYTHING AT THIS POINT. thanks in advance..
