Is there any way to increase temperature limit in the bios? In the new bios update dell reduced the dGPU temperature and now it throttles but I looked up the specs and the dgpu is able to manage 94 C and the heatsink can take 73C safely. I need to increase the limit to at least 73 because that will give a HUGE performance boost for everything that I do. My temperatures stay under 80C when gaming so I play it safe. When The dgpu just reaches above 67C which isn't high at all, my laptop stutters for around 1 to 2 seconds. Back then I used to play rocket league on medium for 120 fps. Although it's still the same now, the frames drop anytime it reaches 67C. I can change max cpu use to 60% in power settings and it won't reach above 67C, but then games that require CPU (like valorant, league of legends) suffer. I may use Intel HD 620 for those games involved with cpu so they don't glitch unlike the dGPU
I don't have warranty anyway. I don't plan on getting it. I've had this laptop for 2 years and the first year was fine... everything ran well. Next thing you know, faulty fans because the bearings were somehow shot (weak build) and the new updates caused the gpu temperature to drop, resulting in no games being available to play. The thermal pasting applied when the laptop came was also blocking the cpu from working properly (my laptop repair man told me) so it ended up being repasted. I'm just trying to get my laptop back to day 1 gaming rn. Why don't bios updates mention specifics?

There are no user tools for this no -- you'd have to rewrite and recompile the BIOS.
Note that if you do this, you will have no warranty.
