Inspiron 15 5000
Searching for a way to post a review about the Inspiron 15 5000. It is a nice computer, but the battery life is terrible. When I first got it in 2019, the battery lasted about six hours without having to plug it in. Now I have to plug it in after one hour. The battery life is inferior and customers need to know. I read other reviews about this issue and hoped it wouldn't be the case with my purchase. I'm also wondering how so many people have been able to post reviews with ratings, yet there doesn't seem to be a way to actually do it on the Dell website...

At two years old, the battery is declining -- which is normal for notebook computers.
Just as you replace your car's battery after a few years -- you need to replace the system's battery; they're not lifetime parts -- they have a finite lifespan.
