Please try using an external keyboard on the on-screen keyboard & check if this works.
What is the BIOS version installed?
Did the keyboard stop working after any recent Windows updates or BIOS changes?

My computer is Inspiron 13 7000 and my top row function keys are not working and my camera is not working either.
