No communication on Backend Switch!!!!

Hi, i changed the default passwords for admin on our 2 Backendswitches.

Now i've got this messages:

Failed to talk with backend switch management REST service on int-a

And same for int-b.

So iTreid to change back to the default password, but this is to easy and i can't set.

So what to do now?

I don't see anything for changing the password für "REST service" in Isilon.

Could someone help or has an hint?

Thanks.

    Hi,

Thanks for your question. Which OneFS version are you on? Which switches do you have? You may need to delete the config on the switch and reload. Calling phone support is probably the best option.

Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

    @gdecke ,

    Resolution
If the password for admin is changed it will require reloading the switch to change it back.

Login to the switch with the current admin credentials and execute the following commands:
    OS10# configure terminal
    OS10(config)# delete startup-configuration
Proceed to delete startup-configuration [confirm yes/no(default)]:
    OS10(config)# exit
    OS10# reload
System configuration has been modified. Save? [yes/no]: < Enter "no">
Proceed to reboot the system? [confirm yes/no]:
