Battery Problems
I have a DELL Latitude E6430. It was working fine till Yesterday after which it unexpectedly shut down. The battery charging light on the cack of the laptop flashes alternatively between yellow and white while the battery says it is 100% charged. When it booted up it said something like
It did not give me any suggestions. I connected an Inspiron's charger but it did not work too. Can you please suggest a cheap way to fix this or exchange it for free

If another adapter isn't recognized, replace the DC jack:

From the description, you may also need new battery, but until the adapter is recognized, the battery will not charge and you won't be able to determine that.
