BIOS BUG: E7270 battery charging thresholds

Hello,

I have found an issue regarding battery charging thresholds, both start and stop. After waking up from suspend, the thresholds are not always respected on Dell Latitude E7270. 

I'm using the latest version of BIOS, i.e. 1.22.8. I reverted to the factory settings and I also disconnected the CMOS battery for few minutes. The operating system is Arch Linux.

Is there a way to contact the BIOS engineers about this issue?

By the way, I have the same setup on Dell Latitude E7440 (with 50/90% thresholds) and it works perfectly.

    I've started logging all power & battery events since my previous post.

    Today I also encountered this problem, but without any suspend or resume actions.

    Here is the log:

    1576232422: BOOT (BAT0_capacity=81, AC_online=1)
    1576232659: LEVEL (BAT0_capacity=82, AC_online=1)
    1576233025: LEVEL (BAT0_capacity=83, AC_online=1)
    1576233451: LEVEL (BAT0_capacity=84, AC_online=1)
    1576233974: LEVEL (BAT0_capacity=100, AC_online=1)

    It seems that this issue is related to battery capacity reporting, which suddenly jumps to 100%.
