We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Same with me. Exact same message.  I do not know how to get it uninstalled so I can install the updated version of it. Very frustrating.  Did you find a solution yet?

Just spent 3 hours on the phone with a Dell service rep (also screen sharing) trying to uninstall a non-working Dell Command Power Manager.  Could not get it done.  Cannot install the latest version.  Keep getting same error as shown above in Lucas' post.  I don't have HP Print Scan Doctor Service installed on my laptop as suggested by other posts.  Precision 7510 Windows 10-64 bit.  Another Dell assist web page says Dell Command Power Manager is not compatible with 64 bit.  It used to work fine.
