Can't adjust Touchpad settings

I can't seem to change the Touchpad settings on my Dell Latitude 5480 running Windows 10 1809. When I click the Dell Touchpad settings link below it triggers a prompt to find an app to open "alpstouchpadsettings"

Any ideas? I've tried installing the latest driver from Dell below but it makes no difference:

@Antyant Try this link to the Microsoft Store app (the website has changed). https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9N5GLLFVS68R

@MarcoHernandez  the link posted by @disappointedbyMicrosoft still appears to be valid - assuming your machine has MS Store access, you should be able to install the Touchpad Assistant app from there.

I thought it is worth mentioning now that the new "winget" command line tool has made it much easier to obtain packages from the MS Store for users on machines without the Store installed (e.g. LTSC builds) - no need to go through the long process we used to do to download the .appx package manually. Just use winget to download and install the package.

winget is part of the App Installer package - if you don't have that, it can be downloaded from here:

    https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/releases

Once you have it, the command to install the Touchpad Assistant app is:

    winget install "Dell Touchpad Assistant"

    Thats it.

There is actually a way to install DELL's app using official DELL downloads. The app is here, and it is the same version as in Microsoft Store: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-uk/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=6k88f
