I can't seem to change the Touchpad settings on my Dell Latitude 5480 running Windows 10 1809. When I click the Dell Touchpad settings link below it triggers a prompt to find an app to open "alpstouchpadsettings"
Any ideas? I've tried installing the latest driver from Dell below but it makes no difference:
@MarcoHernandez the link posted by @disappointedbyMicrosoft still appears to be valid - assuming your machine has MS Store access, you should be able to install the Touchpad Assistant app from there.
I thought it is worth mentioning now that the new "winget" command line tool has made it much easier to obtain packages from the MS Store for users on machines without the Store installed (e.g. LTSC builds) - no need to go through the long process we used to do to download the .appx package manually. Just use winget to download and install the package.
winget is part of the App Installer package - if you don't have that, it can be downloaded from here:

tried using the MS Windows Store Application to help Dell Touchpad and Settings. Numerous times. Resetting and reinstalling.
Did not hep. Hoax 'solution'.
