I have a problem with my computer, after installing the m2 - 2242, SN530 - WD hard drive in the place of the GSM modem, the computer does not turn on (the power button blinks and the computer does not start), after removing the disk, the computer starts normally. Is any specific m2 drive required?

Serious work on an E5430 and constantly building and working on an i5-6500 Desktop
Ive had mixed results. A BC711 from a surface pro x worked. A SN740 did not detect. I used a 2230 M key to 2242 B+M key adapter. Some drives detect, others do not.
