Dell latitude E7250 wont start up.

The last time i was using the laptop it was ok, i just closed my laptop and went to shop ( it has had 30+% of battery) when i came home, i opened my laptop but i didnt start ( thou i can see the icon of power turns white for some second), initially, i thought maybe there's bo battery, but after 2 hours of charging no changes, i tried to start it up without the battery but with my power cabel in, no effect.

The things i see. When i click on power button it can turn white for 0.5sec or for 3sec.Sometimes i can see my Caps.l button is lighting white ( for some seconds as well), but i cant hear fans or something like that, what am gonna do? Thanks
