Feeling an electric shock from the aluminum chassis of your computer can be a sign of a grounding or earthing problem. Here are some steps that you can take to fix the issue:

    1. Check the outlet that you are using to charge your computer. If the outlet is not properly grounded, this could cause the electric shock. You can use a circuit tester to check the outlet for proper grounding.

    2. Consider using a surge protector or an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with surge protection. These devices can help regulate the electrical current and prevent electrical shocks.

    3. If the problem persists, you may need to have an electrician check your home's electrical system. They can identify any issues with the wiring that may be causing the electric shock.

It's important to take these steps to address the grounding problem because electrical shocks can be dangerous and can cause harm to you and your computer.
