I recently got a brand new Latitude 5320 2-in-1 and it worked fine. After first Windows Updates, my Touchscreen is not working anymore.

Device Manager shows I2C HID Device issues.

Usual steps trying to fix it did not help:

- (Yes, I tried a reboot )
- Checked that Touchscreen is enabled in BIOS
- Dell Command update used, all latest updates installed, incl. BIOS
- Uninstalled device and re-installed
- Windows updates installed
- Hardware troubleshooter executed (can't fix the problem)
