Latitude E6400, no boot, error

My 11 year old Latitude E6400 wont boot up it keep giving me a error code 0411.

Error code 2000- 0411 means cable not detected. The cable involve in the error usually is keyboard or LCD.The fix is to reseat the keyboard or LCD cable. Please click on the link below for additional information.

@nyc10036 error code is 0411 and
